Not enough water
Poor eating habits
Not enough sleep
Poor movement quality
Going 0-100 doesn’t work! Look at all the numbers in between there and think of those as steps….all the steps you’ve skipped to get to the end. No wonder why you aren’t seeing the results.
Back to the basics.
Yes it’s tedious. Yes it’s hard work. Yes you won’t always be in the mood. Yes, you will have imperfect moments.
But, nothing worth having comes easy. And there is absolutely nothing more worth having..
