A little Christmas pep talk...
This week as you're winding down & taking time to relax, I hope that your time is both restful & nourishing.
Here are some quick & simple tips to help you both enjoy the times while also staying on track with your health & fitness:
1. Drink water
Shoot to have 60-80 oz of water each day.
Have a cup of water in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening.
2. Go on 10 min walks
Whether during your lunch break or after dinner.
A quick walk is a great way to start getting active.
3. Believe you are always in control of your food choices.
Believing that will help you stay in control and not spiral into overeating.
Gently remind yourself that you can enjoy your favorite foods and still find balance.
