Gym Facility Access
This is for the person who knows how to workout & is already consistent with showing up wot work out. They’re paying for access to the gym equipment because they already have the habits & knowledge of working out.
Price Range: $5 - $20/week (depending on the gym)
Group Cardio Classes
This is for the person who wants to do cardio & wants classes they can show up with a class instructor. There’s not much coaching on strength training or habits here.
Think: Peloton, Orange Theory, Burn Boot Camp.
Price Range: $25 - $40/week
Health & Fitness Coaching Program (this is what we do!)
This is for the person that wants to learn to strength train to build muscle & tone. They’re also interested in learning how to live a healthier lifestyle & build the habits of consistency with their workouts.
Price Range: $60 - $100/week
1:1 Personal Training
This is for the person who wants a completely individualized health & fitness experience. They want or need 1:1 attention from a personal trainer.
Price Range: $80 - $1180/week
