How to lose weight fast even if you are busy

Your body weight and how you appear in the mirror don’t care how many hours you work or what you think is more important, but they can be an irritating reminder that you’re not prioritizing your health. You already know this…So, let’s talk about what you can do to lose weight even if you are extremely busy or it feels impossible to find the time to exercise and change your diet.First, we need to address the most important issue on this topic. Your Mindset. The perfectionist in all of us has a way of creating an All or Nothing mentality. This mindset is defeating and overwhelming to the point many people never even begin working on their goals. They say to themselves… “If I can’t do it “100%”, then why even start.” “If I can’t do it the right way, then why do it at all.” WRONG...! If this is you, then remind yourself right now that progress is built one step at a time and mistakes are practice reps. This type of thinking is called a “fear block”. A tactic that your mind creates when you want to step outside of your comfort zone, but you don’t have the skills or confidence currently to do it on your own.Work is a common fear blocker for “busy” people, because if you spend less time working it “may” result in being less productive or work will fall so behind you’ll never dig your way out.OrYour kids require all of your time and if you were to leave them to exercise they would be upset, your significant other would have more work on their plate, or other people won’t care for them like you do.This can be a lot to admit to yourself or even hear, so before you yell at me through your computer screen, know that in working with over 5,000 people, those that succeed with losing weight and reaching their ideal health start by overcoming their fear blocks. They remove the things they tell themselves and that get in the way of living with the results they want. What would it mean to you to reach your weight loss goal? How would it make you feel to transform? When was the last time you put yourself and needs first over work or other people? So, before you say I’m too busy to lose weight. Take one step past your fear block today and start working on the root of the issue. The process of losing weight is SIMPLE in theory but CHALLENGING in execution.I'm going to break it down into 3 things you MUST do in order to lose 15lbs by the start of Feb.1. Change your diet. Now before you click out of this email...let me tell you a secret. This doesn't have to be drastic. You can lose 15lbs and still eat pizza on weekends. You can lose 15lbs and still enjoy a drink while you're out with friends.Implement the 80/20 rule. 80% of your food choices should be healthy options. 20% can be treat/foods you love that aren't necessarily "healthy"2. Consistency above perfection. This one is big.Being consistent long term is a much harder than doing an extreme fad diet for a short period of time.Read that again.Make consistency the goal instead of perfection. Show up to the workout more times than not. Make healthy choices as every single week.Keep going and stay consistent.3. Challenge yourself to optimize.Once you have the basics down, THEN you can optimize. You go from "WHAT" you're eating to "HOW MUCH" you're eating ...so you can lose the weight you want to lose. Again, without feeling miserable. You go from "working out 3x/week" to doing the right workouts to help you build strength, grow your muscles and lose weight at a faster rate.Doing those 3 things will radically impact your health goals this year. Much more than the fad diets and unused gym memberships.Consistency is the real work. And it's hard to do on your own.If you're ready to make this the year you actually commit to your health & fitness goals...then it might require doing something different. It might require investing into a health & fitness coaching program instead of renewing the gym membership you never used.Coach Jordan
