Inside our coaching program, we have an onboarding process.
During onboarding, you get acquainted with everything.
You do your "test-in" workout.
You get feedback from coaches.
And you get acclimated with everything.
You won't feel like you're being thrown into a group class and expected to "keep up."

Also because we limit our class sizes to 12- 15 people, our coaching team will know who you are.
They will make you feel comfortable as a new member & help you adjust the workout to your fitness level.
The coaching team does this, not just for new members but for existing members as well.
We are used to having different fitness levels in our group program and we make sure everyone is set up to succeed.
I know it can feel intimidating to join a group of people in a workout when you haven't workout in a while.
