Our Strength & Fitness Program is open to beginners!
But what does that really mean?
I know you might have a fear of showing up and being the slowest in class or feel like the workouts are too advanced for you.
But we make sure you're set up for success!
Here's how we make sure you feel prepared & ready to start, no matter your level of fitness!
1. Before you start, you have to talk to a coach (text & phone) so they can learn about your background.
You will share your experience with fitness and let them know of any injuries/limitations.
2. Then if you decide you want to join the challenge, you will attend our One Class Onboarding Workout.
This workout also helps you see if the workout style is what you want.
3. You also get a one-week trial window when you start the challenge.
You don't just get thrown into our workout classes. You will always be guided and directed.
I know it can feel scary to try something new.
But rest assured that when you join our Strength & Fitness Program, you will be guided & supported each step of the way.
