Tomorrow start a new year!
I love the beginning of the year because people tend to hope & believe more during this time.
There's something about "new" that gets our attention.
More people have hope that they can reach their goals.
And more people believe it is possible!
I love that!
So, what health & fitness goals do you have for 2022?
What things do you want to accomplish this year that you didn't last year?
My hope is that you would keep the hope & belief way beyond these first few months.
That you would create long term habits for your health & fitness well beyond the "new years high."
