What does a typical session at IFA look like?
Minutes 10-12 Warm Up
Minutes 12-40- ish strength/skill movements, teaching, coaching, development
Minutes 40-55 conditioning-- the "fun" stuff
5-7 Min Cooldown
Not every day is going to look the same...but generally this is how sessions are run.
-60 minutes with class sizes capped at no more than 10 people.
-Workout up on the board, 4 fitness levels provided with options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
-Prioritizing movement quality, while still keeping it spicy with the fun stuff.
