Yes, we did those things in the past. We learned our lesson. We’ve worked and studied for years to become better Coaches and provide you with the SOLUTIONS you want!
Here’s HOW we set you up for SUCCESS:
FREE CONSULTATION with a Coach where we learn about you, your health and workout history and start to build a relationship of trust with you.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT – We cover everything: Flexibility, Mobility, Body Control, Movement, Core Stamina, Strength Imbalances, Cardiovascular Endurance. The results of the Assessment give us a TON of information about YOU and how we can best HELP you solve your problems and reach your goals. This gives us a Roadmap going forwards
FUNDAMENTALS OF FITNESS – One on One Sessions with a Coach. Based on your Assessment, we begin to BUILD YOU UP and TEACH you all of the functional movements that take place in our gym. It’s important to put in this time to get you prepared for our Classes!
COACH FOR LIFE – A Partner to help guide you on your Fitness Journey. Your Coach will help with Goal Setting, perform periodic Assessments, and provide One on One training and Personalized Programming as desired.
Once you graduate fundamentals it’s time to start classes. At this point, you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym.
Our Group Class focuses on incorporating 7 foundational movements (Squat, Step, Push, Pull, Hinge, Jump + Carry) through in an infinite number of combinations.
In our core class offering, we incorporate principles from Bodybuilding, Functional Fitness, Corrective Exercise/Prehab, and others to turn you into a strong + able, lean, mean fitness machine. Regardless of your ability, with our unique small group class structure we can ensure each and every athlete/client/member gets challenged at their own unique level – from beginner to advanced.
Furthermore, your PERSONAL COACH will be checking in with you to ensure that you are making the progress you want to see.
We will lift weights in various ways, whether that is a Squat variation, a Power Clean or a Dumbbell Movement, as well as move our bodies in various different ways, in different directions to help you MOVE better, FEEL better and PERFORM your best in all aspects of fitness.
No more starting a program and never finishing it, we’re here to make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!
